Kevin grew his career at a small healthcare finance company helping doctor's and dentist's open and grow their businesses. As the company grew, he advanced from an inside sales rep to taking on an outside sales territory for a new division. The company asked him to return to the corporate office after success in the field, and lead the inside sales team. The company was acquired by a Fortune 5 organization which allowed Kevin the opportunity to work on the integration team and see M&A activity firsthand. He then moved on to assume leadership and start-up experience in the technology space.
His entire career has been defined by sales operations. Starting off with responsibility for reporting and presentation decks for the board of directors at a public company, to leading a team of developers that created a home-grown CRM application. His experience also encompasses leading annual budgeting processes, sales compensation modeling and compliance approval, sales structure design and implementation, forecasting processes and increasing CRM adoption.
Kevin has the ability to combine the structure, reporting, and operations needs of management with the usability and access to information requirements of the sales team to drive success.
